A one-on-one consultation will allow me to create an herbal protocol tailored specifically to your body. At this consultation, I will examine your initial complaint as well as your pre-existing conditions, sleep patters, stress levels, digestion, immunity and general wellbeing.
Together, we will create a personalized long-term plan of herbal, dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Herbs cannot heal you alone, and often times there are other lifestyle or emotional factors that contribute to your dis-ease.
Consultations last between 1-1.5 hours. All information in kept confidential.
